1 Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations ensuring work is carried out safely on schedule within quality standards and according to project plans The role includes managing workers coordinating with contractors handling materials and reporting progress to management 2 Key ResponsibilitiesA Site Management Supervise daily on-site activities and workforce Ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and project timelines Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and suppliers Oversee material handling storage and usage at the site B Safety Compliance Enforce safety rules PPE usage and site safety protocols Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions Ensure compliance with legal environmental and company regulations C Quality Assurance Monitor work quality and ensure standards are met Conduct inspections and report non-conformities Assist in resolving technical and operational issues at the site D Documentation Reporting Maintain daily site reports checklists and attendance records Track material consumption and request supplies when needed Provide progress updates to the Project Manager regularly E Coordination Communication Facilitate communication between workers engineers and management Participate in site meetings and brief the workforce on work plans Handle minor conflicts or issues at the site and escalate when required 3 Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical or related field as per industry Minimum 1-5 years of experience in site supervision Strong knowledge of construction site procedures and safety standards Ability to read drawings and technical documents Valuable communication leadership and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office email reporting tools 4 Key Competencies Leadership team management Time management planning Quality safety awareness Decision-making under pressure Coordination interpersonal skills 5 Working Conditions Work at project sites may require travel Long hours or weekend work depending on project deadlines Physically active role involving site movement Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month
