Position HR Executive Department Human Resources Location Sector-64 Noida Experience Required 1-2 Years Must have experience in Training Development and Recruitment Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end Recruitment and implementing effective Training Development initiatives The ideal candidate should be able to identify skill gaps conduct training sessions manage onboarding and support all HR operational activities Key Responsibilities Identify training needs through job analysis performance reviews and regular interaction with managers Plan organize and deliver in-house training programs and workshops Design training calendars and ensure adherence Track training effectiveness and maintain training records Conduct induction orientation sessions for recent employees Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening interviewing coordination offer roll-out Develop job descriptions and job postings for different roles Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate with department heads for technical interviews Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of vacancies Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or MBA in HR or related field 1-2 years of experience in Training Development and Recruitment Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to conduct training sessions confidently Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools portals Strong interpersonal and people management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
