Job Title Quality Analyst - Ticketing Process Sabre Galileo Location Gurgaon Haryana Experience 3-6 years Industry Travel Airline OTA About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst Ticketing Process with strong expertise in GDS systems Sabre Galileo The role involves monitoring auditing and ensuring 100 accuracy in ticketing reservations refunds and reissues for our travel operations team Key Responsibilities Audit and monitor PNR creation ticket issuance re-issuance exchanges and refunds to ensure process compliance Verify fares taxes penalties and rules in Sabre Galileo Identify errors or deviations in ticketing processes and provide corrective feedback to the operations team Work closely with ticketing executives team leaders and managers to ensure accuracy productivity and SLA adherence Prepare QA reports maintain documentation and share insights with stakeholders for process improvement Train and guide team members on ticketing quality standards and GDS updates Escalate discrepancies and suggest preventive measures to minimize revenue leakage or customer dissatisfaction Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline preferably Travel Tourism Aviation 3-6 years of experience in travel operations ticketing quality analysis Hands-on experience in Sabre Galileo mandatory Strong knowledge of ticketing processes PNR issuance reissuance refunds exchanges EMDs Good understanding of airline fare rules schedules and GDS functionality Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets for QA reporting Good communication and stakeholder management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 - 850 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Are you comfortable with US shift Work Location In person
