Company Description We re Nagarro We are a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way We build products services and experiences that inspire excite and delight We work at scale across all devices and digital and our people exist everywhere in the world 17500 experts across 39 countries to be exact Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical We re looking for great new colleagues That s where you come in REQUIREMENTS Total experience 13 years Strong and progressive experience in project Delivery management including a minimum of 6-7 years in a senior leadership capacity Proven experience in the Retail CPG and e-Commerce sectors Must be from IT development background Robust track record of managing teams of approximately 60-70 members Capable of overseeing portfolios valued between 10-15 million Extensive expertise in project delivery team development and operational management with hands-on experience in establishing and managing new office locations Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams managing multiple stakeholders and driving organizational objectives effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely cost-effective and high-quality delivery Collaborate with global teams to align projects with business goals and client expectations Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Conduct regular status meetings maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders Partner with HR and leadership to recruit onboard and retain top talent Build mentor and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values and objectives Foster a collaborative innovative and growth-oriented work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence Serve as the primary contact for operational or setup-related issues within the office Collaborate with HR IT and facilities teams to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain smooth operations Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment on project goals priorities and timelines Provide regular updates to senior leadership on office setup team performance and overall project progress Demonstrate a proactive solution-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment Identify opportunities for growth efficiency and continuous improvement within the organization Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
