About the Role We are seeking a motivated and technically robust Technical Associate R D to join our Research Development team The ideal candidate should have a solid academic foundation in pharmaceutics or related fields with interest and passion towards cosmetic formulations nutraceuticals and laboratory research Key Responsibilities Assist in the formulation and development of cosmetic products including creams gels serums and related dosage forms Conduct research on nutraceuticals their active components applications and potential health benefits Collaborate with senior scientists to prepare technical documents research summaries and reports based on experimental findings Manage day-to-day laboratory operations including maintaining lab equipment preparing reagents and ensuring smooth execution of R D activities Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines SOPs GMP practices and quality standards Participate in stability studies trials and evaluation of prototypes as part of product development Support cross-functional teams by providing technical inputs when required Desired Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation techniques emulsions surfactants and basic product development principles Familiarity with nutraceutical ingredients their functional benefits and regulatory considerations Good understanding of pharmaceutics dosage forms and analytical approaches Proficiency in scientific writing documentation report preparation and literature search Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a research-oriented environment Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical observational and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and comfort with technical discussions Eligibility Criteria M Pharm Pharmaceutics with 0-1 years of experience Strong academic background with sound knowledge of pharmaceutics formulation science and research methodologies Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a dynamic R D team Exposure to cosmetic nutraceutical and ayurvedic product development Hands-on learning with real-time research projects Growth opportunities in a fast-developing research environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Master s Preferred Experience Pharmaceutics 1 year Preferred Location Poovachal Thiruvananthapuram Kerala Preferred Work Location In person
