background in AI agents natural language interfaces and interpreters refactoring for AI-driven workflows Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot familiarity with TypeScript JavaScript frameworks is a plus Deep knowledge of A2A agent-to-agent protocols and MCP Multi-Client Protocol agent building patterns Experience building tuning or refactoring interpreters used within AI ML pipelines or runtime environments Technical Skills Must-Have AI Agents and RAG Experience prototyping AI agents using Python frameworks with LangChain building RAG-based agents that handle complex contexts and long-tail decisions Present clear rationale for architectural choices including tradeoffs performance security and scalability implications design to minimize negative impacts on stakeholders System Design and Delivery Partner with product owners product managers and lead architects to decompose and recompose architectures components modules and interfaces for assigned products Lead agile iterations and release cadences via Jira-based methods ensure alignment with enterprise design standards AI Data and Interoperability Design and guide the development of AI-driven features including MCP Multi-agent workflows LLM integration and RAG-based reasoning with complex contexts Architect data flows and storage strategies for large-scale multi-tenant environments ensure data integrity privacy and compliance Define interfaces for interpreter components and ensure reliable integration with broader product ecosystems SDLC Excellence and Migration Drive modernization of CI CD pipelines migrate business impacts Collaborate across product platform security and operations teams to ensure successful delivery Qualifications Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field Certifications Preferred Certified AWS Cloud Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent cloud certifications Experience 7 years of software architecture experience with a focus on designing and maintaining large-scale multi-tenant systems Substantial experience with microservices containerization serverless cloud-native architectures Practical hands-on experience with modern software stacks including Java Spring Boot REST GraphQL Apollo preferred and React JS front-end technologies Experience with explainable AI and designing interpretable AI components is a plus Core Technical Proficiencies Mandatory Spring Boot Spring Data JPA Hibernate Spring-based REST and GraphQL services Reactor Reactive programming XML JSON processing libraries PostgreSQL and other
