Job type Performance Marketing Executive Location Onsite Jaipur Rajasthan Duration Full Time About Us We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping brands build a robust online presence through impactful storytelling creative design and data-driven strategy Our team works across social media marketing performance marketing branding and content creation and we re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories This role requires a mix of analytical thinking creativity and hands-on campaign execution Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and other platforms Develop and manage PPC display remarketing and conversion campaigns Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and ad copy optimization Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics CPC CTR CPA ROAS Conversion Rate etc Analyze performance data and prepare actionable reports for internal and client review Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives Implement A B testing strategies for creatives landing pages and audience sets Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization for maximum ROI Stay updated on industry trends ad policies and platform algorithm updates Support senior marketers in client communication and strategy presentations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media campaigns agency experience preferred Experience in creating and managing ads for coaches or consultancy professionals Proficiency in Google Ads Manager Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics Analytical mindset with advanced Excel Google Sheets skills Strong understanding of funnel marketing audience behavior and ad attribution Excellent communication and reporting skills Good to Have Certifications in Google Ads Meta Blueprint or HubSpot Experience in LinkedIn Ads YouTube Ads or Programmatic Platforms Familiarity with automation tools Knowledge of SEO and CRO fundamentals Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
