Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Admission Counsellor to join our team The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process provide detailed information about our courses and achieve monthly enrollment targets Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students via calls messages and in-person meetings to explain course offerings and admission procedures Understand the needs of students and recommend suitable programs Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and meet monthly admission targets Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in CRM systems Assist students with application formalities and provide end-to-end support Achieve 10 admissions per month as part of the performance target Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for seamless operations Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student requirements and offer clear guidance Prior experience in counselling sales or customer service EdTech experience is a plus Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets What We Offer Market-competitive salary with attractive incentive structure based on performance Supportive work environment and growth opportunities Training and development support to enhance counselling skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
