Position Title Sales Representative - Reservation Agent Target-Based Incentives Reports to Sales Manager Reservations Head Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls for guests ensuring excellent customer service Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to maximize room bookings and upsell hospitality services rooms amenities packages etc Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual targets for room reservations and revenue contributions Accurately input guest reservation details in the hotel management system Follow up with leads inquiries and repeat guests to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings Communicate promotions special offers rates and packages clearly to potential guests Maintain updated knowledge of all products services and events available within the property Provide prompt responses to guest inquiries via phone email or online chat Work with the sales marketing and front office teams to achieve overall business goals Prepare regular reports on sales performance targets achieved and incentive earnings Incentive Structure Attractive incentives commissions on achieving and surpassing reservation and sales targets Additional rewards for top performers e g gift cards recognition special bonuses Qualification Skills Graduate in any discipline hospitality business or related preferred Experience in hotel reservations sales or a call center will be an added advantage Robust communication negotiation and persuasive skills Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines Self-motivated energetic and results-driven Experience with hotel management or reservation software is preferred Other Requirements Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays if required Professional and guest-centric attitude Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location In person
