Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the real estate development sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety This role requires a keen eye for detail excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Key Responsibilities Project Planning Coordination Develop project timelines schedules and budgets in collaboration with architects engineers and senior management Define project scope goals and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders Create detailed work plans to monitor and track progress Resource Management Procure necessary resources labor materials equipment and ensure efficient allocation Manage relationships with subcontractors vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Budget Management Control project budgets monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective delivery of projects Conduct cost analysis and cost control throughout the life of the project Team Leadership Communication Lead and motivate cross-functional teams ensuring all members are aligned with project goals Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress risks and changes Coordinate communication between stakeholders including clients contractors and regulatory bodies Quality Safety Assurance Ensure adherence to quality standards specifications and regulations Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety progress and compliance with design plans Implement best practices in construction safety and risk management Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies Address issues that arise during project execution making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track Project Closeout Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and expectations Oversee final inspections approvals and handover of completed projects to clients Complete post-project evaluations and feedback sessions to improve future project execution Qualifications Education Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience 5 to 8 years in project management with experience in real estate construction and development Certifications PMP Project Management Qualified LEED Certification or similar credentials are a plus Skills Strong knowledge of construction processes contract management and building codes Proficiency in project management software e g MS Project Primavera or similar Excellent leadership organizational and time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients architects contractors and regulatory agencies Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines Work Environment Ability to travel to construction sites as required Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
