Department Sales Marketing Reports To Sales Manager Head of Sales Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships ensuring smooth order processing and delivering excellent customer service The role involves active engagement in order follow-up order tracking payment collection and providing after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets Handle order follow-up ensuring timely processing confirmation and dispatch of customer orders Monitor and manage order tracking keeping customers informed of order status and delivery schedules Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics accounts and production to ensure smooth order execution Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per company policies and credit terms Provide customer support by addressing inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring a seamless after-sales experience Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and client interactions Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports customer databases and follow-up records Assist in the preparation of quotations proposals and sales presentations Contribute to achieving monthly quarterly and annual sales goals set by management Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order follow-up and tracking Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset Key Attributes Proactive and self-motivated with a result-driven attitude Good analytical and time-management skills Skilled demeanour and commitment to delivering high-quality service Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
