About the role We are seeking an intrinsically driven and energetic Chartered Accountant to lead our Direct Tax Department This is a senior leadership role that demands deep expertise in Indian direct tax laws strategic thinking and a proactive approach to tax planning and compliance The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a proven ability to manage complex tax matters and high-performing teams Roles and Responsibilities Manage Direct Tax compliance including ITR filing TDS advance tax and statutory returns Handle tax audits assessments appeals and representations before tax authorities Provide tax planning advisory and restructuring solutions to clients Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure timely updates and compliance Guide and mentor the Direct Tax team to achieve departmental objectives Maintain solid client relationships through proactive communication and support Job Type Full-time Pay 480 000 00 - 720 000 00 per year Work Location In person
