About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation audits and financial management along with the ability to provide strategic financial advice to support business growth Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the company s financial operations including accounting budgeting and reporting Prepare review and finalize financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements Handle statutory internal and tax audits ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements Monitor cash flow working capital and cost control to optimize financial performance File and manage direct indirect taxes GST TDS Income Tax etc on time Develop financial strategies risk assessments and business forecasts to support decision-making Liaise with auditors banks tax authorities and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with accounting standards Ind AS IFRS and company policies Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for cost savings and efficiency improvements Key Requirements Chartered Accountant CA qualification - mandatory Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting finance or audit Strong knowledge of taxation auditing compliance and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software Tally SAP Oracle or similar and MS Excel Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Work from home Work Location Remote
