Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Internal Tax Manager to oversee the organization s entire tax function ensuring compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations The role involves managing tax planning compliance audits and reporting while working closely with finance and leadership teams to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risk Key ResponsibilitiesTax Strategy Planning Develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with business goals Advise management on the tax impact of strategic initiatives business expansions and restructuring Identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation Compliance Reporting Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns direct and indirect including corporate income tax GST VAT TDS and other statutory filings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations Oversee preparation of tax provisions deferred tax calculations and disclosures for financial statements Audit Risk Management Manage internal and external tax audits and represent the company before tax authorities Prepare responses to notices assessments and litigation matters Implement robust internal controls to minimize tax risks and errors Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance Legal and Operations teams to ensure tax compliance in all business processes Coordinate with external consultants auditors and advisors as required Job Type Full time Pay 12 501 20 - 72 555 05 per month Work Location In person
