Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition function This role will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract hire and retain top talent across all departments The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of hiring best practices employer branding recruitment technologies and team leadership Key Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of positions across the organization Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies aligned with business goals Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs Oversee sourcing strategies including social media job boards employee referrals and partnerships Optimize recruitment processes using ATS and other HR tech tools Monitor and report key metrics e g time-to-hire cost-per-hire offer acceptance rate Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and diversity hiring practices Drive strategic workforce planning and talent pipelining Manage vendor relationships recruitment agencies background check providers etc Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Proven experience 8 years in recruitment or talent acquisition at least 3 years in a leadership role Robust knowledge of recruitment tools platforms and HR software Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills Data-driven and results-oriented mindset Up-to-date with labor laws and hiring regulations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 300 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your ECTC What is your Notice Period What is your Location Work Location In person
