The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Froot Coffee ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a deep understanding of the food service industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including food preparation customer service cleanliness and inventory management Team Leadership Recruit train and manage restaurant staff fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff morale and performance Customer Satisfaction Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests Financial Management Monitor the restaurant s financial performance including budgeting forecasting and managing costs to maximize profitability Health and Safety Compliance Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers Inventory and Supply Management Manage inventory levels order supplies and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and available Menu Development Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the menu ensuring it remains innovative and aligned with customer preferences Marketing and Promotion Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones Quality Control Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation ensuring consistency in every dish served Reporting Prepare and present regular reports on the restaurant s performance including sales customer feedback and staff performance Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and financial management Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with restaurant management software e g POS systems is a plus Degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 24 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Experience total work 5 years Required Work Location In person
