Job Title Human Resources Recruiter Location Cochin Kerala Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization The role requires solid communication skills relationship-building abilities and a keen understanding of recruitment strategies Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding new employees Source potential candidates using job portals LinkedIn social media employee referrals and other platforms Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports Coordinate and conduct campus hiring job fairs and recruitment drives Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and workforce planning Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience 1 years as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Naukri Indeed LinkedIn etc Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage Preferred Skills Experience in volume hiring and niche talent acquisition Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems ATS Robust networking and employer branding skills Salary As per industry standards Negotiable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In person
