We are seeking a proactive hands-on SEO Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to drive inbound lead generation through organic and paid channels This role is ideal for a marketer who can execute SEO manage performance campaigns and optimise the website to convert visitors into qualified leads Key Responsibilities Own and execute SEO activities on-page off-page and technical to boost organic visibility and qualified traffic Perform keyword research and map keywords to content and landing pages with a focus on lead intent Optimise website pages blog posts and landing pages for both SEO and conversions improve CTAs forms load time etc Plan launch and optimise PPC campaigns Google Ads LinkedIn Meta to generate inbound leads and lower cost-per-lead Create and implement content marketing blogs case studies and lead magnets aligned to the buyer journey Monitor performance traffic lead volume conversion rates CPL and campaign ROI prepare weekly monthly reports with actionable insights Run competitor analysis to spot opportunities and refine messaging Work with design dev teams to implement SEO fixes A B tests and UX improvements Support email nurturing workflows and basic marketing automation for lead scoring and follow-up Stay current with search engine updates ad platform changes and best practices Skills Qualifications 2-3 years proven experience in SEO and digital marketing with measurable results in lead generation Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics Search Console and at least one SEO tool SEMrush Ahrefs Moz Practical experience running and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta exposure to LinkedIn Ads is a plus Solid copywriting skills for web and landing pages with a conversion-first mindset Comfortable with basic HTML CSS and working with developers to implement technical SEO Experience with a CRM or marketing automation tool HubSpot Zoho Mailchimp etc Data-driven able to analyse metrics and propose experiments to improve performance Valuable communication and project-management skills ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kochi Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience SEO 2 years Required Work Location In person
