We are looking for a responsible and versatile Tally Billing cum Data Entry Operator who can manage daily sales billing update sales and delivery data and act as a tele calling backup for sales routes when field executives are on leave Key Responsibilities Enter purchase and sales entries in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Ensure billing is done accurately based on sales orders delivery slips Collect and enter daily sales data from sales executives Update records of material deliveries to customers Track pending deliveries and customer acknowledgments Share daily and weekly MIS with the accounts or sales manager Make outbound calls to customers in routes where a salesman is on leave Take orders confirm requirements and pass details to the dispatch sales team Handle basic customer queries regarding delivery pricing or product availability Record all tele-interactions properly for future reference Required Skills Good command of Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Proficient in MS Excel basic functions data entry Transparent verbal communication for basic tele calling Good time management and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
