The Operations Enablement team in Clarivate s IP Segment supports the Operations Teams in aspects around Solution Analytics Management Information MI Metrics Operational Excellence and Automation as well as Management System implementation and certification Our M E team is looking for BusinessAnalyst located in Noida This is an amazing prospect to create and maintain operational process performance measurements and related analytics The team of 6 colleagues reports to the Senior Manager Business Analytics and has a solid skill set around data extraction management visualization and analytics We would love to speak with you about your skills and competencies on a technical as well as on a personal side About You - experience education skills and accomplishments Minimum of a bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Statistics Business Management or similar Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Excellent working knowledge of data visualization software Power BI Strong communication skills fluent in English Technical proficiency in database design data models techniques for data mining e g ETL tools SQL It would be great if you also had Strong mathematical statistical and analytical skills to help collect organize and analyze data Ability to test ideas and adapt methods quickly end to end from data extraction to visualization implementation Good personal organization structured approach and clear documentation Attention to detail critical thinking curiosity desire to acquire new knowledge Team player respectful open-minded and listener Positive Customer first attitude action-oriented and perseverant What will you be doing in this role Ensuring the availability of periodic typically weekly or monthly key operational metrics and reporting on time and in full Depending on the report setup you collect data verify completeness ensure reporting accuracy Responding to internal customer queries and supporting bug fixes as part of your daily activities Where the operational MI metrics is not yet fully implemented collaborate with the IP Operations stakeholders to implement and further develop the existing operational metrics This will enable reliable decision making and targeted improvement which is consistent with our reporting strategy and balanced scorecard measures Lead reporting development with your business partners ensure a thorough requirement collection and prioritization process with the Operations teams and your Ops Enablement colleagues Create clear requirements that are streamlined into regular delivery of development cycles collaborating when needed with both technology and operations teams Hours of Work Permanent role 45 hours weekly including breaks typical working hours are 09 00AM - 06 00PM Location - Noida At Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations
