Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Injection Moulding Manager to oversee the daily operations of our injection moulding department The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process ensuring optimal efficiency product quality and team performance while maintaining health and safety standards Key Responsibilities Plan manage and oversee the daily operations of the injection moulding department Lead and supervise a team of moulding technicians setters and machine operators Ensure all production targets quality standards and delivery deadlines are met Optimize moulding processes to improve cycle times reduce scrap and increase productivity Troubleshoot and resolve process issues machine downtime and quality concerns Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for machines and tools Work closely with Quality Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure seamless operations Support new product introductions tool trials and process validation activities Maintain documentation such as production records process parameters and quality reports Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations Train develop and mentor staff in best practices and technical skills Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience 5 years in a leadership role within an injection moulding environment Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machines tooling and materials especially thermoplastics Hands-on experience with mould setup process optimization and troubleshooting Knowledge of lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in using production monitoring software and MS Office tools Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Work Location In person
