1 Act as a liaison between the sales team customers and other internal departments 2 Facilitate communication and coordination between sales representatives customers and other stakeholders 3 Coordinate with the Purchase Warehouse and Logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers 4 Confirm the proper usage of the CRM system by ensuring accurate data entry regular updates and data integrity 5 Facilitating approvals from stakeholders with regard to credit refund returns 6 Interact with customers via phone email or in-person to provide information about products services pricing and order status 7 Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service 8 Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing quotes proposals and sales presentations 9 Maintain and update customer and sales-related databases including contact information sales activities and order history and ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized for easy retrieval 10 Assist in post-sales activities such as follow-up calls or emails to gather feedback ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling 11 Generate regular sales reports for management to evaluate team progress and identify areas for improvement 12 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards 13 Contributes to individual and team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 14 Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments 15 Collaborate with the showroom team to achieve overall sales objectives 16 Share best practices provide support and contribute to a positive and cooperative work setting 17 Participate in sales meetings training sessions and product knowledge enhancement programs behavioural training sessions and other L D initiatives Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
