Job Title Compliance Executive Labour Law Department Compliance HR Operations Reports To Compliance Manager Sr Manager Qualification B Com Mandatory Diploma in Labour Laws preferred Experience 4-5 years in end-to-end labour law compliance Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Executive to manage labour law compliances for 15 clients The role involves handling statutory registrations filings inspections and client liaisoning across PF ESIC PT Shops Establishments Factories Act and other applicable labour laws The ideal candidate must be client-focused deadline-driven and well-versed in multi-state compliance management Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end compliance for 15 clients Handle PF UAN KYC exits ECR filings challans claims and statutory returns Manage ESIC registrations exits VCH filings payments and notices File PT LWF returns generate challans and manage corrections Handle statutory registrations renewals Shops Factories Maitri etc and file annual quarterly returns Maintain statutory registers as per prescribed formats Manage POSH compliance including SHe-Box portal updates Provide legal updates to clients and liaise with PF ESIC Labour authorities for inspections and notices Skills Required Robust knowledge of PF ESIC PT S E Factories Act and other labour laws Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple clients and strict deadlines Preferred Male candidate only Preferred Local Candidate nearest with in a 25 Km from Thane City interested Candidate can contact to Mrs Anushree Sawant (phone hidden) Email ID anushree transienthr com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
