The Staff Nurse Trainee will assist in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of senior nursing staff This role provides hands-on training and exposure to clinical procedures patient management and healthcare protocols preparing the trainee for a full-time nursing career Key Responsibilities Assist in providing direct patient care under the guidance of registered staff nurses Support doctors and nurses during medical examinations and procedures Monitor and record patients vital signs intake output and general condition Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas Learn and follow hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety Assist in preparing patients for diagnostic tests surgeries and treatments Provide basic nursing care including feeding bathing and mobility support Accurately document nursing activities and patient updates Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and professionalism Participate in training sessions and workshops for skill development Qualifications Skills GNM B Sc Nursing or equivalent - completed or in progress Valid nursing registration preferred if applicable Strong willingness to learn and adapt to clinical environments Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations Work Setting Hospital clinical setting with rotational shifts Direct interaction with patients families doctors and healthcare staff Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
