About the Role We re looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our product team In this role you ll assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and iteration You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build user-centric products that solve real problems and drive business outcomes Key Responsibilities Collaborate with designers engineers and stakeholders to ship high-quality features Write clear product requirement documents PRDs and user stories Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvement areas Assist in tracking product performance using analytics tools and user feedback Participate in user interviews testing sessions and QA cycles Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Design or a related field Strong communication and collaboration skills Analytical mindset with a good understanding of metrics and KPIs Basic understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies Passion for building great user experiences Familiarity with tools like Notion Figma or Mixpanel is a plus Good to Have Internship or project experience in product or tech-related roles Experience with wireframing or writing PRDs Job Type Full time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
