Roles Responsibilities - Call screen and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Ezeiatech and all it has to offer the Industry s top talent Interview candidates combining various methods e g structured interviews technical assessments and stability questions Accountable for the delivery on the Recruiting Plan Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Linkedin sourcing Boolean sourcing and alternative search techniques Well versed with Recruitment software and job portals Will work closely with Managers and Technical teams Plan for special recruitment drives in collaboration with Business Leads and Supervisor s guidance to meet targets Screen interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios Work with the business HR and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking innovation and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations Desired Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor s in human resources or in a related field Excellent communication skills Proficient in Word Excel MS Word Outlook Excellent record keeping Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of running job ads on various hiring platforms Job Types Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 9 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Work Location In person
