Role Lead Talent Acquisition TA Specialist Department Human Resources Experience 8 years Location Hyderabad We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for blue-collar white-collar and lateral roles within the manufacturing industry The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS hands-on experience in sourcing screening interviewing and a working understanding of NATS and NAPS apprenticeship programs Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar white-collar and lateral hires Source profiles through job portals internal databases employee referrals social media vendors and campus drives Use Applicant Tracking Systems ATS to manage job postings candidate pipelines interview scheduling and status tracking Maintain recruitment records and ensure data accuracy for audits and compliance Conduct telephonic video HR screening to assess fitment and availability Coordinate technical interviews manage candidate communication and support selection and offer processes Coordinate and execute hiring under NATS and NAPS Maintain hiring dashboards Reports and recruitment analytics Requirements Master s degree in HR or related field 8 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector Proven experience hiring across blue-collar white-collar and lateral categories Hands-on experience with ATS systems Experience hiring for roles such as operators technicians engineers maintenance QA QC and EHS profiles Sound knowledge of NATS NAPS and exposure to apprenticeship hiring models Experience in Campus Hiring Bulk Hiring high-volume fast-paced recruitment Strong communication coordination and negotiation skills Thanks and Regards Mounika Sr Recruiter Contact Number (phone hidden) mounika ch cielhr com Job Type Full time Pay 120 000 00 - 160 000 00 per year Language English Required Work Location In person
