Perform commissioning and servicing of chillers and HVAC systems - Address and manage complaints related to all models of chillers and low-side equipment following ASM instructions and company guidelines 2 Preventive Maintenance - Conduct timely preventive maintenance PPM for chillers as per company SOP and agreed SLAwith clients 3 Root Cause Analysis - Perform root cause analysis RCA for failures and share findings with the Quality team and FFL 4 Environmental Health and Safety EHS - Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines as per Trane standards 5 Customer Service - Handle all customer service requirements efficiently - Generate leads for potential business opportunities 6 Quality Assurance - Ensure high-quality job execution and smooth timely completion of assigned service tasks 7 Reporting - Provide daily reports to the office and ASM - Share service reports with the deployer including parts requirements 8 Compliance - Hold a valid driving license for 4-wheeler 2-wheeler vehicles - Ensure all safety and vehicle audit requirements are followed and honored Qualifications and Experience - Education - Minimum Graduation Diploma ITI in Mechanical Refrigeration Air Conditioning R AC Electrical or Electronics Experience - 5-10 years of on-site experience working with chillers - Practical hands-on experience in chiller installation warranty and AMC services Technical Skills - Strong technical knowledge of chillers - Proficiency in MS Office Internet and email communication Additional Requirements -
