ob Title MYP Coordinator Location Glendale International School Tellapur Hyderabad Programme International Baccalaureate IB - Middle Years Programme Grades 6-8 Role Overview The MYP Coordinator will be responsible for leading implementing and overseeing the IB Middle Years Programme Grades 6-8 The role requires close collaboration with school leadership teachers students and parents to ensure effective curriculum delivery in line with IB standards and practices Key Responsibilities Lead the planning implementation and evaluation of the IB MYP curriculum across Grades 6-8 Ensure compliance with IB standards and practices including curriculum documentation assessment and reporting Guide and mentor teachers in the effective use of IB pedagogical strategies Organize and facilitate professional development workshops for MYP staff Coordinate with the IB organization for authorizations evaluations and ongoing programme requirements Oversee unit planning assessment design and student portfolios Foster international-mindedness and promote the IB Learner Profile within the school community Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders regarding MYP goals expectations and student progress Collaborate with the PYP and DP coordinators to ensure programme continuity and vertical alignment Monitor and report on student achievement engagement and wellbeing Qualifications Skills Master s Bachelor s degree in Education or relevant field Minimum 5 years of teaching experience preferably in IB schools Prior experience as an MYP teacher coordination leadership experience is an added advantage Strong knowledge of IB MYP curriculum assessment practices and philosophy Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills Ability to mentor inspire and support teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning Personal Attributes Passion for student-centered learning and holistic education Commitment to continuous skilled growth Strong intercultural understanding and collaboration skills Ability to foster a positive inclusive and innovative learning environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
