Production Shift In-Charge We are hiring a Production Shift In-Charge to supervise and manage day-to-day operations of our polymer compounding lines during assigned shifts The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background with experience in managing manufacturing processes in plastics or related industries Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production of Nylon 6 Nylon 66 and PBT compounds Ensure adherence to production plans quality standards and safety protocols Operate and monitor extrusion blending and pelletizing machinery Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth workflow Record shift-wise production data downtime and raw material consumption Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency Train and supervise shift operators and technicians Qualifications B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in a plastic polymer or chemical manufacturing setup Knowledge of compounding extrusion lines and production KPIs is a plus Valuable communication and leadership skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 480 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Are your comfortable working in Palghar Work Location In person
