Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in accounting with sound knowledge of Tally ERP basic statutory compliances and NGO finance practices Key Responsibilities Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally with accuracy Assist in maintaining ledgers accounts and reconciling bank statements Prepare and update vouchers invoices bills and other financial documents Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings Maintain petty cash records and prepare related reports Support with statutory compliances like TDS GST PF and ESI Help prepare reports and financial data for audits and donor reporting Support the Finance team in budgeting and tracking expenses Maintain financial files and documentation for internal and external review Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com or related field 2-3 years of accounting experience Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles Knowledge of statutory laws and donor compliance preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Job Type Full time Pay 22 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 1 year Required Tally 1 year Required total work 2 years Required Work Location In person
