Job Title Associate Technical Lead Experience 6 - 8 Years Location Hyderabad INDIA OSI Digital is looking for a hands-on and technically strong iOS Technical Lead with 6 years of experience in building scalable high-performance mobile applications The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of Swift SwiftUI and Apple s ecosystem with strong leadership skills to drive end-to-end iOS development This is an excellent opportunity for a technology leader who is passionate about mobile innovation and wants to mentor a team while delivering impactful user-centric applications The project offers long-term visibility direct stakeholder collaboration and the chance to architect solutions for high-scale enterprise or consumer-facing products Responsibilities Lead the design architecture and development of modern iOS applications using Swift SwiftUI and Combine Collaborate with product managers UX designers and backend teams to define feature scope and timelines Guide and mentor a team of iOS developers in best practices code reviews and performance tuning Drive and enforce standards for code quality unit testing modular architecture and CI CD integration Own the full SDLC from requirement analysis to deployment in the App Store ensuring high reliability and performance Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs GraphQL authentication services and 3rd-party SDKs Ensure adherence to Apple s Human Interface Guidelines accessibility standards and privacy policies Contribute to sprint planning estimation and risk mitigation in an Agile development setting Required Qualifications 6 years of iOS development experience with at least 2 years in a lead architect role Expertise in Swift SwiftUI UIKit Combine Webview and CoreData Experience with iOS architecture patterns like MVVM VIPER or Clean Architecture Experience in JavaScript HTML and CSS Proven track record of publishing apps in the Apple App Store Strong knowledge of Apple Developer tools Xcode Instruments TestFlight etc Experience integrating with APIs mobile analytics crash reporting and push notification services Solid understanding of mobile security data handling and offline sync patterns Familiarity with Git CI CD pipelines and unit UI testing frameworks like XCTest Preferred Qualifications Experience with Wearables Apple Watch or tvOS Familiarity with Firebase GraphQL or Azure B2C for mobile auth Exposure to DevOps tools Fastlane Bitrise Jenkins Mobile automation testing experience using XCTest or Appium Prior experience working with internationalization and localization We are not looking for someone who Primarily focuses on hybrid apps e g Flutter React Native without deep native iOS experience Avoids mentoring or prefers working in silos rather than collaborating with team members Has limited experience with iOS design guidelines or app publishing process Is uncomfortable with performance tuning debugging or optimizing app size Prefers working in highly structured enterprise-only environments and avoids ownership
