Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Costing Estimation Engineer Civil Interior to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates analyzing project specifications and supporting the tendering process for civil and interior fit-out projects across residential commercial and industrial sectors Key Responsibilities Analyze drawings specifications BOQs and tender documents to prepare accurate quantity take-offs Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil structural architectural and interior works Evaluate labor material equipment and subcontractor costs Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material rate analysis and comparison Support the tendering team with technical and commercial proposals Assist in pricing budget preparation and final submission of tenders Work closely with project managers and engineers to update cost forecasts and budgets Conduct site visits if required to assess actual site conditions for estimation Maintain cost databases vendor quotes and market rates Ensure compliance with industry norms safety standards and regulatory requirements Assist in value engineering and cost optimization during the project design phase Required Skills Strong knowledge of civil interior construction materials methods and processes Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings Expertise in estimation software e g AutoCAD MS Excel Candy CostX etc Familiarity with rate analysis and tendering procedures Good negotiation skills with vendors and subcontractors Strong analytical mathematical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in handling interior fit-out estimation false ceiling partition flooring joinery finishes etc Working knowledge of IS codes CPWD and DSR rates Prior experience with commercial or hotel retail fit-out projects is an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 400 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
