Accountant - Pathology Laboratory We are seeking a skilled Accountant with expertise in Tally software and TDS regulations to join our pathology laboratory The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining accurate financial records Responsibilities - Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP software including sales purchases receipts and payments - Prepare and maintain financial statements including balance sheets and profit loss statements - Handle TDS Tax Deducted at Source calculations deductions and filings - Reconcile bank statements and manage bank-related entries in Tally - Process invoices expense forms and payment requests - Manage accounts payable and receivable including tracking vendor payments and generating debtor creditor reports - Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial closings - Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation - Generate financial reports for management decision-making Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field - Proven experience as an accountant preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting - Proficiency in Tally ERP software - Strong knowledge of TDS regulations and compliance - Familiarity with GST and other relevant tax structures - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel Skills - Tally ERP - TDS management - Financial reporting - Bank reconciliation - Analytical thinking - Time management - Communication The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our pathology laboratory ensuring accurate record-keeping and facilitating smooth financial operations If you have a solid background in accounting with expertise in Tally and TDS we encourage you to apply for this position Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Application Question s Area of residence in Ahmedabad Current CTC Pay When can you join if selected Number of Years at current or last job Experience total work 10 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
