Job Title Quantity Surveyor Location Coimbatore Experience Required Minimum 3-5 years We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 5 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of cost management for construction projects ensuring that expenditures align with budgets and project objectives This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets from initial concept through to project completion Develop bills of quantities tender documentation and contracts in line with project requirements Manage and monitor project expenditures assess completed work and produce regular financial reports Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations and assist with procurement processes Identify and manage commercial risks assess variations and assist in contract negotiations and dispute resolution Collaborate with project managers engineers architects contractors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulatory and quality standards Requirements Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in cost estimation and contract management Familiarity with construction contracts such as FIDIC JCT NEC etc Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software such as CostX Cubit or equivalent RICS CIOB or similar professional accreditation preferred but not mandatory Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
