Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and project management with a proven ability to lead projects from conception through completion This role requires a blend of creativity technical expertise and business acumen to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards Duties Lead architectural design projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards Collaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Develop comprehensive architectural plans and specifications using CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite Oversee construction management activities including site visits and quality control inspections Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets to ensure project feasibility Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions Mentor junior architects and design staff providing guidance on best practices in drafting and design Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand the firm s portfolio Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or related field Professional licensure as an architect is required Extensive experience in architectural design with proficiency in ArchiCAD and CAD software Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices Proven ability in budgeting and construction estimating for various project types Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with solid interpersonal abilities Experience in business development is a plus demonstrating the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders A creative mindset with the ability to draft innovative designs that meet functional requirements We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about architecture and eager to contribute to exciting projects to apply for this chance Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift
