Job Title Data Entry Operator - Plant Machinery Department Plant Machinery Location Chandikhol Paradeep NH-53 Reporting To Plant Machinery Manager Head - P M Job Purpose To ensure accurate and timely entry of plant and machinery-related data into the system for tracking reporting and operational efficiency The role supports equipment management maintenance records asset utilization and documentation Key Responsibilities Enter daily data related to plant and machinery operations fuel consumption operating hours breakdowns and repairs Maintain digital records of equipment inventory deployment and movement across sites Support the preparation of reports related to equipment utilization maintenance schedules and downtime Coordinate with site engineers operators and maintenance teams to collect accurate data Update and manage logs of service history inspection records and calibration schedules Ensure documents such as AMC contracts insurance registration and compliance records are properly digitized and filed Assist in tracking and maintaining records of spare parts and consumables inventory Support the preparation of MIS reports and summaries for management review Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity and accuracy Qualifications Experience Graduate or Diploma in any discipline 1-3 years of experience in data entry preferably in plant machinery or construction equipment departments Familiarity with equipment tracking or ERP software is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 07 08 2025
