Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing activities at our construction site The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating supervising and ensuring quality and compliance in all MEP installations inspections and maintenance works ensuring project milestones and safety standards are met Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP site activities to ensure smooth operations Review MEP drawings plans and specifications and ensure execution as per approved standards Coordinate with civil structural architectural teams and subcontractors for MEP integration Monitor MEP work progress and provide timely updates to management Ensure proper installation of HVAC electrical fire fighting water supply drainage and other related systems Inspect equipment and installations for conformance to design safety and quality standards Identify technical issues suggest solutions and ensure timely resolution Enforce safety procedures and promote a safe working environment Maintain documentation including inspection reports daily progress reports and material inventory Assist in preparing testing and commissioning schedules and participate in handover procedures Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision in the construction industry Solid understanding of HVAC electrical systems plumbing and fire protection systems Familiarity with MEP standards codes and best practices Ability to read technical drawings and interpret MEP designs Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Sector-122 Noida Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Current CTC Expected CTC Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience MEP Supervisor 3 years Required Work Location In person
