Job Title MEP Engineer Location Areekode Malappuram We are seeking a qualified and proactive MEP Engineer with a strong understanding of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems in building projects The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge in design site supervision and estimation as per relevant standards Key Responsibilities Prepare building drawings load schedules and single line diagrams using AutoCAD and MS Office tools Excel Word etc Perform lighting calculations cable sizing breaker selection and earth system installation planning Prepare BOQ Bill of Quantities quotation comparisons and complete tender estimations using CPWD DSR and PRICE software Monitor and supervise Electrical Plumbing ELV Extra-Low Voltage and Fire Protection works at the site Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings project specifications and applicable codes and standards Conduct daily site inspections schedule labor activities track progress and update targets accordingly Coordinate and attend meetings with internal teams or clients to address any technical queries or work-related issues Qualifications and Skills Diploma Degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP construction or building services insert experience as applicable Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and Excel Familiarity with CPWD standards DSR and estimation tools like PRICE Solid understanding of MEP systems and on-site coordination Good communication analytical and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Malappuram Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience MEP 2 years Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
