Ezvisa Immigration Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Immigration Counsellor for our Kottayam branch The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the immigration industry This is a leadership role where you will oversee a team manage client processes and ensure targets are consistently met Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the immigration team to achieve branch and individual targets Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various visa categories including Australia Canada PR Skilled Worker Visas Study Visas Visit and Tourist Visas Permanent Residency PR Visas Stay updated with immigration policies and requirements of countries like Germany UK and other European countries Conduct training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention Monitor team performance ensuring high standards of professionalism and productivity Handle escalated client issues ensuring a resolution-oriented approach Generate and present regular performance and progress reports to management Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in the immigration industry with proven expertise in Australia and Canada PR In-depth knowledge of visa categories and country-specific requirements including Germany UK and other European nations Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets High level of organizational skills with attention to detail A self-driven energetic and enthusiastic individual with a results-oriented mindset Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 13 669 40 - 31 035 80 per month Experience Immigration 1 year Required Work Location In person
