Role Overview - We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes for our growing team The candidate should have expertise in bulk hiring and target-driven closures while maintaining an excellent candidate experience Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Execute bulk hiring for various roles Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers Ensure timely closures and smooth hiring processes Qualifications - Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Management or related field 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-oriented environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home
