Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainer with at least 1 year of experience in a BPO setting The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions onboarding new hires enhancing performance through refresher training and supporting process updates This role is critical to ensuring that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences Key Responsibilities Conduct new hire training and onboarding sessions for voice non-voice processes Deliver soft skills communication process and product training as per business requirements Create update and maintain training content materials and SOPs Monitor trainee progress through assessments feedback and one-on-one coaching Identify performance gaps and design refresher training programs accordingly Work closely with Quality and Operations teams to address training needs Maintain training MIS and reports including attendance evaluation scores and training feedback Assist in the transition of new processes or changes in procedures Promote a positive and engaging learning workplace Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer or in a training support role within a BPO environment Robust understanding of BPO operations and metrics Excellent communication and presentation skills Good interpersonal and coaching abilities Proficient in MS Office PowerPoint Word Excel Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple training batches Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline Experience in both voice and non-voice processes Exposure to customer service sales or technical support training is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Career growth and development opportunities Supportive and inclusive work culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 906 21 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
