Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day online and offline sales operations The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online marketplaces basic knowledge of order processing and logistics and the ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse and cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities E-commerce Management Manage product listings inventory pricing and promotions across marketplaces like Amazon Flipkart BlinkIt JioMart and company website Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch Coordinate with customer support for returns cancellations and escalations Track performance metrics orders returns seller ratings etc and provide reports Warehouse Logistics Coordination Communicate with the warehouse team for stock availability dispatch timelines and packaging guidelines Ensure proper stock inward outward documentation and order fulfillment accuracy Coordinate with courier partners for pickups deliveries and reverse logistics Sales Operations Support Assist in planning and execution of offline sales initiatives like B2B dispatches or retail requirements Ensure proper stock reconciliation between warehouse online and offline channels Maintain operational SOPs and help improve efficiency in the order-to-fulfillment cycle Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Commerce or a related field 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or similar roles Knowledge of online platforms Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub etc Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and order management systems Robust communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment Nice-to-Have Experience with Shopify WooCommerce or other CMS platforms Exposure to inventory management software or ERP tools Familiarity with performance dashboards sales analytics and reporting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
