Job Summary To provide in office installation servicing maintenance and repair of Aquaneeta s water purifier systems ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company quality standards Key Responsibilities 1 Installation Commissioning Install Aquaneeta water purifiers and RO systems at customer premises Ensure proper system setup functioning and customer orientation post-installation 2 Maintenance Servicing Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance of water purifiers Replace filters membranes and other components as required Check water quality and system efficiency regularly 3 Customer Interaction Educate customers on product usage maintenance and basic troubleshooting Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers at all times 4 Issue Resolution Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support Maintain accurate records of service calls complaints parts used and solutions provided 5 Reporting Documentation Submit daily reports on work completed and parts used Update service records and feedback forms for each visit 6 Inventory Tools Management Maintain service tools and kits in good condition Ensure spare parts stock is maintained and accounted for 7 Compliance Follow company SOPs safety guidelines and service protocols strictly Adhere to schedules punctuality and customer commitment timelines Contact HR- (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
