About World Business Lenders www wbl com At World Business Lenders WBL we empower small and medium-sized businesses across the United States by offering flexible short-term commercial loans backed by real estate collateral Our diverse client base often includes those who find it challenging to secure traditional funding sources In addition to managing our own loan portfolio we also provide services for third-party portfolios excelling in the oversight of non-performing loan collections and real estate owned REO assets As a fully remote U S -based company we pride ourselves on a dedicated 100 remote workforce Work Arrangement This is a Contract Consultant position Fully remote opportunity Working hours 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday Strong oral and written English communication skills are required Resumes must be submitted in English About the Job The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional customer-service-oriented mindset and a strong team-oriented attitude The Valuation Analyst must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail This role requires clear concise and effective verbal and written communication as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Responsibilities Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine estimated market value using comparable comps data from online sources such as Zillow Redfin CoStar LoopNet and similar platforms Conduct research on local U S real estate markets including sales trends rent trends vacancy rates cap rates and neighborhood characteristics Apply appropriate valuation methodologies including sales comparison income and cost approaches when applicable Maintain organized valuation work files and supporting documentation Create exhibits tables and charts for valuation reports Perform administrative tasks including data entry drafting emails and updating internal systems and reports Review third-party appraisal reports for reasonableness and consistency with market data Communicate findings clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Mathematics Economics Finance Statistics or a related field 100 fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in banking real estate underwriting valuation or real estate appraisal Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint Microsoft Teams experience preferred Strong analytical and quantitative skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Proactive self-motivated and strong work ethic Ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment Benefits CONTRACT CONSULTANCY POSITION Enjoy Paid Time Off PTO Salary in USD 1000 mo - 1500 mo Fully remote work - 100 from the comfort of your home
