We are looking for Home Room Teachers HRTs for Pre-Primary Grade 1 and Grade 2 with a strong foundation in play-way and activity-based teaching methodologies Key Requirements Sound knowledge and practice of the Play-Way Method and activity-based learning Ability to plan and deliver engaging experiential and child-centric lessons Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with young learners Warm patient and nurturing approach suitable for early and primary years Solid classroom management skills with age-appropriate discipline strategies Proficiency in conducting circle time storytelling rhymes hands-on activities and guided learning Ability to integrate foundational literacy and numeracy skills especially for Grades 1 2 Regular and effective communication with parents regarding student progress Willingness to collaborate with co-teachers and adhere to school policies Qualifications Experience Qualification in Early Childhood Education NTT D Ed B Ed as applicable Experience in handling Pre-Primary or Grades 1-2 preferred Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
