Job Summary The Interior Project Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of interior projects ensuring timely execution quality delivery budget control and client satisfaction The role involves site management team coordination vendor handling and close coordination with clients and internal teams Key Responsibilities Plan manage and execute interior projects from initiation to final handover Oversee daily site operations and monitor project progress Ensure execution as per approved drawings BOQs and specifications Manage contractors vendors and site teams effectively Coordinate with clients consultants and designers for smooth project flow Control project timelines budgets and costs Plan and ensure timely availability of materials at site Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively Required Skills Competencies Strong experience in interior project execution and site management Excellent leadership and team-handling abilities Valuable understanding of drawings layouts and BOQs Strong planning coordination and problem-solving skills Effective communication and client-handling skills Working knowledge of MS Excel AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage Qualification Diploma Degree in Interior Design Civil Engineering or Architecture Experience 5-10 years of relevant experience in interior projects Experience in commercial and residential interior projects preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 80 159 07 - 180 963 34 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
