We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles and locations The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline improving hiring quality and partnering closely with business and functional heads to meet workforce requirements Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding support Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations Source candidates through job portals Naukri Indeed LinkedIn referrals social media and internal databases Conduct telephonic and initial interview rounds and coordinate further interview stages Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates Maintain and update recruitment trackers MIS reports and candidate databases Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns Assist in onboarding formalities and ensure smooth candidate joining Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations Required Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment Strong experience in IT Accounting Consulting or Corporate hiring preferred Proven ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 420 000 00 per year Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
