Key Responsibilities Plan and execute erection sequences for steel structures bridges towers or industrial equipment Study and interpret structural drawings erection drawings and method statements Coordinate with design engineers site engineers crane operators and contractors Select appropriate lifting equipment cranes rigging and temporary supports Ensure site safety compliance risk assessments lifting plans safety briefings Monitor alignment leveling bolting and welding during erection Resolve on-site technical issues during installation Prepare erection method statements schedules and reports Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines Required Skills Strong understanding of structural engineering principles Knowledge of steel structures cranes rigging and lifting operations Ability to read and prepare erection and shop drawings Familiarity with construction safety regulations Problem-solving and decision-making under site conditions Good communication and coordination skills Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Structural Engineering Certifications in construction safety or lifting operations preferred Experience 2-10 years in construction structural erection or heavy engineering projects Experience with industrial plants bridges high-rise buildings or power projects is a plus Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
