Dear Candidate We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our Courier team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting our International Courier services to potential customers Candidate from any industry but with telesales experience are preferred Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify recent business opportunities through cold calling emails and other sales channels Sales Pitch Develop and deliver effective sales presentations about the company s freight forwarding services air sea courier road freight etc Outbound Calls Initiate outbound calls to potential clients engaging them in meaningful conversations to identify opportunities and set appointments for further discussions Sales Process Management Follow up with leads track prospects through CRM systems and ensure timely conversion of leads into customers Quote and Negotiation Provide clients with detailed and accurate freight quotes negotiate rates and terms and ensure profitability for the company Reporting Maintain detailed records of client interactions sales progress and provide reports to management regularly Key Requirements Experience At least 1 year of telesales experience preferably in the freight forwarding logistics or transportation industry other industry candidates with good communication skills can also apply Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to converse with clients from diverse backgrounds and businesses Sales Skills Proven track record of generating leads closing sales and achieving sales targets Team Player Ability to work in a team environment but also capable of working independently to meet sales goals Tech Savvy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field if you the zeal to grow in sales and love to earn good incentive then share your resume at hr inext360 com Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred English Required Work Location In person
